Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?
Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, which may delay shipment of the order.
How to Track the Package?
Once an order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and carrier details. To track your package:
- Go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number.
- If you have an account, the tracking number can be found in the Order Status History under Account > My Orders.
- If you don't have an account, you can use your email address and order number via the website's Customer Service > Track Order section to check tracking information.
Do You Ship to Multiple Shipping Addresses?
You can only specify one address per order on Archchic.com. If you’re buying several items and want them sent to different addresses (for example, one for yourself and one as a gift), you will need to place separate orders.
How Does Shipping Work for Oversized Items?
Oversized items, including most furniture, bathtubs, multi-toilets, and multi-bathroom sinks, must ship via Freight Outside Home Delivery Service due to size or weight.
- Delivery covers: the first dry area outside the home.
- Delivery lead time: Approximately 3-7 working days from when the item leaves our warehouse.
- The carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a time, which may vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule.
Important Delivery Information:
Please inform the carrier if you have any delivery-related circumstances (additional fees may apply):
- Very narrow driveway
- Dead-end street
- Ferry for island locations
- The driver needs to park in a particular location
- Delivery to a side door or garage entrance
Storage Fees:
Daily storage fees may apply if you do not accept delivery within 5 business days of the freight carrier’s first attempt to schedule delivery.
If you missed the phone call from the freight carrier, contact them as soon as possible. After 5 business days, the freight carrier may store your item, and you may be charged storage fees. Please make sure not to miss your delivery appointment to avoid additional delivery fees such as re-delivery, storage charges, or return shipping costs.
*Freight Outside Home Delivery for oversized items is only available on orders shipped within the 48 continental United States and cannot be shipped to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.*

Section 1 – Basic Warranty Terms
Furniture
Applies to: Kitchen islands, tables & desks, cabinets, stools & chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves & racks, and beds.
- One-year limited warranty on materials, workmanship, and electronic components.
- Note: Fabric, seat cushions, and leather covers are not covered under this warranty, but can be replaced at a minimal cost if the original cover is still available.
Home Decoration
- One-year limited warranty on materials, functionality, and workmanship.
Section 2 – Warranty Agreement & Restrictions
Archchic.com warrants that all products sold through our website are free from defects in material, workmanship, and functionality under normal use during the warranty period starting from the original date of receipt.
"Normal use" refers to proper installation and usage in accordance with product instructions.
If a product is found defective under normal use, Archchic.com will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or offer an appropriate adjustment at no cost for the product itself.
Note: This warranty does not cover labor or other costs related to removal or reinstallation of any defective, repaired, or replaced product.
In any case, the liability of Archchic.com will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This Limited Warranty DOES NOT Cover:
- Misuse or unusual use
- Mishandling
- Accidents or neglect
- Acts of God (e.g. floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters)
- Improper installation
- Improper cleaning using bleach, ammonia, alcohol, steel wool, or abrasive brushes
- Exposure to chemicals or harsh outdoor environments
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Use of third-party components
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, stains, or fading)
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
No employee or agent of Archchic.com may alter this warranty verbally or in writing.
