When you place an order that includes oversized items, such as most furniture, carpets, etc., you may have different requirements at the time of delivery. To make it convenient for you, Archchic currently offers several delivery options. We take great care to provide delivery methods and terms that meet your needs:
Delivery Methods
If your items and delivery address are eligible, you will be able to choose from a variety of special delivery options during checkout. Additional fees may apply based on your selection.

Curbside Drop-Off (Default)
The carrier will unload the items to the ground and place them at the curb in front of the building/house within the scheduled four-hour window. You may need assistance from family or friends to move the items from the curb into your home.
Please note that if no delivery options are available on the checkout page, the items will be delivered via curbside drop-off by default. -
Doorway Drop-Off
The carrier will drop off the items in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). -
Room of Choice Drop-Off
The carrier will deliver your package to a room within your residence (up or down two flights of stairs, with up to 15 steps each), and will also remove and dispose of all packaging and debris. -
White Glove Service
- White Glove Service requires a separate purchase.
- White Glove Service includes unloading the items from the truck, moving them from the curb to your chosen room, light assembly of the items, and disposal of the boxes and debris.
- Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.
- White Glove Service provides up to 30 minutes of service. Please note that if overtime work is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying additional fees. Overtime charges are determined by the service provider.
- Once the items are dispatched from local facilities, any additional services will not be refundable.
Delivery Service Tips
- Signatures are required for all delivery methods.
- Doorway Drop-Off and White Glove Service offer delivery to designated apartments if the shipping address is an apartment building or a condo with a front desk.
- For all delivery methods, please reach out to the local delivery agent directly if you need to reschedule the delivery time. Their contact information will be included in the email you receive along with your tracking information and delivery time window.
- When choosing Room of Choice Drop-Off or White Glove Service, we will open the parcels, remove the packaging, and dispose of it for you. Please be aware that these methods do not include disposing of your original furniture that you want to replace. We recommend finding a local facility or handyman to assist with the disposal of your original furniture.
Stair Carry
Room of Choice Drop-Off and White Glove Service cover two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each); additional floors will incur a charge of $30 per flight of stairs.
Delivery Process for Large Items
- Choose a delivery option for your item at checkout. Available delivery methods and arrival times vary by item and zip code; all available options will be displayed at checkout.
- You will receive a notification email with tracking information once the items are shipped from the warehouse.
- The carrier will call you to arrange a drop-off date and a four-hour window, as well as the White Glove Service if you purchased additional service. The appointment will be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance.
- Enjoy your new item! Please check the condition and packaging of your items.
If you do not wish to keep the item or if it is damaged upon arrival, please do NOT proceed with installation as this will affect the return process. Please keep all packaging materials and contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
