30 Day Return Policy

General Return
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt if you're not satisfied with the item. Please note, you would need to pay for the return or exchange cost if no damage issues are involved. For general returns, you must keep the original packaging. For more details, see Why Should I Keep the Original Packaging.
Item(s) must be:
- In brand-new condition
- Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
- Unused, with no pieces missing
- With original tags and original packaging
Please be aware that the 30-day return policy is based on the delivery time of each individual item, as shown on the carrier's website, not the entire order. We will NOT accept returns if the item(s) are marked as delivered more than 30 days prior when you initiate the return.
A few items can’t be returned, including:
- Clearance items
- Customized items
- Offline purchases (items or parts not listed on our website)
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Assembled or disassembled products
- Items without original packaging or with significant damage to the original packaging
Important Note:
Any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and will be rejected upon delivery to our returns center.
What You Need to Know Before You Start a General Return
- Please do not discard any original packaging or wrapping materials from the item(s) you received.
- You will need to package the item(s) in the same way they arrived to meet the requirements for the carrier. For large items, you need to prepare a pallet yourself.
- Any additional service on the order, such as doorway drop-off or white glove delivery, will NOT be refunded for a general return.
- Required photos: You need to provide at least a full-view picture of the product, the outer box, and the internal packing so we can assess its condition and return eligibility.
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost if there are no quality issues involved.
- We could provide prepaid label(s) for the return in certain regions. The return shipping fee will be deducted once the item has been returned. If we cannot provide a prepaid return shipping label, you will need to arrange the return yourself.
Faulty or Damaged Products
- Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage, or incorrect items immediately.
- Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product (e.g., lights not working, faucets leaking, damage to furniture).
- Please provide pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem to help speed up the process.
- All product issue inquiries should be reported within 30 days of receipt, along with the requested photos. After this period, after-sales inquiries may be impacted due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.
- We do not cover repair fees if unauthorized handyman services were hired.
Supplement Terms
- Damaged Items: Items damaged in shipping must be reported to customer service within 3 business days after receipt. Do not discard the damaged item or its packaging. For further details, see I Receive a Damaged Item.
- Undeliverable and Refused Packages: If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for additional handling and shipping fees.
How to Return the Items
- Log in to your Archchic account.
- Find ‘My Order’ and click the ‘Return’ button.
- Select the items you need to return, choose the reason, and submit the request.
- Package the item(s): Ensure all parts are packed as originally received.
- Ship the items using trackable shipping methods. Provide us with the tracking number and carrier (untrackable returns may delay the refund).
- Once the return request is approved, you will receive a return notification email and a return sticker. Follow the instructions in the email to return the item.
- Do not return your item before obtaining the return merchandise authorization and do not send it directly to the address listed on the website or shipping label, as it is NOT the actual return address.
- After we receive your item(s), you will be notified within 3-5 working days when the refund is processed. The refund will be made to the account originally used for payment.
Note: For credit card payments, please allow up to one billing cycle for your account to be credited. Do not request a chargeback during the return process.
