Order Status Guide
Order Details
- Payment Succeeded: Payment has been received. Order updates will be sent as they become available.
Order Processing
- Order Processing: Payment received. We will complete quality inspection and packaging within 48 working hours.
- Pending: Order is incomplete, awaiting payment. Once payment is received, we will confirm it within 24 hours and start processing.
- Inspection & Packing Completed: Item has been inspected and packed. It will be shipped out from the original warehouse.
Shipping Progress
- Left for the Departure Port: Item has been shipped from the origin warehouse to the departure port for sea transportation.
- In Sea Transportation: Item is in transit via sea towards your local warehouse.
- Arrival at the Transshipment Port: Item has arrived at the transshipment port and will be moved to the destination port.
- Shipped from the Transshipment Port: Item has departed the transshipment port towards the destination port.
- Arrival at the Terminal Port: Item has arrived at the terminal port and is awaiting customs clearance.
- Customs Clearance: Item has successfully completed customs clearance and will proceed to your local warehouse.
- In Transit to Local Warehouse: Item is en route to your local warehouse. We will update you once it arrives.
- Arrival at Local Warehouse: Item has arrived at the local warehouse. Pickup with the carrier will be scheduled soon.
- Waiting for a Pickup: Pickup has been scheduled. Item will be shipped to you shortly.
- Item Shipped: Item has been shipped (e.g., Carrier: UPS/FedEx, Tracking Number: UPS1234). Please wait patiently.
Final Status
- Complete: Order has been sent to your shipping address. This includes packages in transit or already delivered.
- Canceled: Order has been canceled.
- Closed: Order has been returned and refunded.
