If your item shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps within 24 hours:

  1. Confirm your shipping address.
  2. Check your mailbox and all entrances around your home.
  3. Ask if someone from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.
  4. Look around your home for any delivery attempt notices.
  5. Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) using your tracking number to start a claim.
  6. Please note that sometimes carriers update delivery status before the package actually arrives, so we recommend waiting 24 hours.

If it has been 24 hours or more since the delivery notification and you still haven't received your product:
Please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for further assistance.
If the shipment is confirmed as "missing," we will either arrange a reshipment or process a refund based on your preference.

Important:
All missing item inquiries are best reported within 7 days of receipt.
After-sales service for missing items may be negatively affected if inquiries are made after 7 days due to factors beyond our control.
