Upon receipt, please kindly sign the word "damaged" on the proof of delivery (for truck shipments), and inspect your purchase immediately.
Notify us right away if there are any missing parts, faults, damages, or incorrect items.

Important:
Please keep the original packaging, as it is essential for any return or claim process.

You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your item if you encounter any issues, such as:

  • Lights not working after installation
  • Faucets leaking after installation
  • Furniture damage upon unboxing

Please be sure to take pictures or a quick video clearly demonstrating the issue.
Providing images of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The external shipping labels

will help us speed up the resolution process for you.

All product issue inquiries should ideally be reported within 30 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above.
After-sales support may be negatively affected if inquiries are made beyond 30 days due to factors outside our control.
